    Hope you're well and life in China is good. Obviously am following you on Strava and notice that you've been doing lots of biking but not so much running (didn't you have a marathon at some point or did I miss it?) So if that's the case my question is do you think the biking is helping with the running. You've just done a 15 miler at a good pace with not a lot of running. I'm having real sciatic pains in 1 leg and it makes it really bad when I run long but I have a 50 miler to train for which I won't be able to do if I don't train!! Chicken and egg. Sorry...waffling a bit. Just wondering if doing something different would help. Been doing lots of yoga this week. Thanks Amanda
