Hi, just joined RW for a bit of advice please.
I usually run 20-30 hilly miles a week.
I tested positive for coronovirus last Tuesday (no fever or cough just tired and loss of taste/smell) with onset of symptoms from Friday 27 March.
I was feeling much better over weekend so went for 4k very steady flat run. I'm absolutely floored again today ☹
Can anyone share any advice on when and how to best return to running? I probably just need to be more patient but genuinely felt ok to run yesterday and was surprised how my body has reacted!!
