Hello?
I have been running for a while but I'd like to start training for some races (my ultimate goal is the marathon, but I would do some 10kms in between and half's..).
I really struggle with my schedule: I m a nurse and I find difficult to fit my running around my 12hrs shifts, that do not really follow a regular pattern. I end up training in my days off but it won't be enough I think...
Anyone has any tips?
