Ive recently started running/jogging/moving
Today I completed my best ever 5km time 39.14
It was hard work, it’s taken from April/May to get here (Started with C25k)
AIM: Id like to try and get my time down.
I KNOW I need to lose a lot of WEIGHT! I think that holds me back
