Last I heard it was 545 for scran (optional) at Casa Italia on Stanley Street then on to the Pumphouse in the Albert Dock for 700. Cougster's plan was to go then to another pub in the Dock and then into town for fighting & shagging (or did I read that incorrectly?)
I've entered a race! 1st one since beg Aug. Ely NYE 10k. Spurred on to do it by friend who reported entries nearly closed. No 545 & only narrow country lanes so if they started fm 1 that's a worry
this is disturbing I appear to have changed kit and grown a pair of boobs in one of the photo's I know I was having a bad hair day but this is ridiculous.I am more concerned about what may have dropped off. Number 545 by the way.
Steven - yes thanks, was nothing crazy though what with being on a work night! David - 15 marathons in just over a year?! that sounds hardcore to me, not sure about lightweight! Did a 4 mile session last night, including a couple of miles a bit quicker (at 7.14 average pace). 545 YTD
Just tried to explain it and read it back and it didn't even make sense to me. Tried to find a pic of it on the t'internet. I think it's similar to the "Iliotibial Band Stretch" (last one) on this page http://www.stretching-exercises-guide.com/hip-stretches.html. Edit - another link…
Still a lot of calories though Helen. There I was hoping to have found a low cal snack I can munch to my heart's content (once I start, I can't stop!) - went through a whole tube of curry Prinhles today! Trouble is, Twiglets are 401 cals per 100g compared to 545 for Pringles, so not that brilliant for a diet. :-(
oui, oui I been talked into getting on a bike by Rio. So I've gone out and placed an order for a bike. Not been on one since I was a kid but £545 later and I'm set to take on the world...and it's beautiful and its in Chelsea blue and I'm looking at this to help me run stronger.. Not quite sure how it will fit in a DB9 just…
morning all 5 miles completed this morning, the weather is great and ideal for running. DP - great time, you've every right to be pleased right i'm off now to invest in new running trainers as my present ones have got 545 miles on them so i think its time to change and have enough time to bed them in for sleaford
relaxed!!! the plan for toda was to take it easy and take it easy i have!! up late after a children in need marathon last night, pottered about a bit then into town to get a prezzie for friends daughters birthday (it was an unusually stress free trip!)which was ok ?! then a relaxing afternoon with tv and not a lot else…
