Only three more long runs for me, or really long runs at least. The plan: 2/3 22 9/3 16 step back week 16/3 22 23/3 22 and then taper. Did 22 yesterday, legs felt tired but still turning over well at the end.

thanks , a 22 mile race will take 22 days to recover from if i race it! thats my goal is the marathon so should i use the 22 miler as training run then that seems a better idea.
