Hey guys- I just did my first run in over 5 months! Just a short 15 minuter at a really slow pace. Have to wait now to see how it affects my perenially injured parts as the day goes on and tomorrow- maybe get one more small one in before the weekend. Hopefully, this might be the start of comeback Number 276.
I know Chris yeh.. First marathon yeh, done 20 miles twice so far in training with 3 litres of water strapped to my back!!!! so hoping that I will feel lighter on sunday. Did 2.27 for a 20 mile in training with pack on so hoping to get as close to 3 hours too. In number 276. Catch you on sunday
