20m as 8.5 easy, 10m effort (av 7.20), 1.5m easy. Effort was up hill and upwind for 5m then I managed to find a more sheltered and flat section for some 6.5Xs............that's me done. Havnt done as much as I'd have liked, but done plenty of 20 and 21 milers and lots of 60 and 70m weeks with the last 3 wks being 88, 80…
