Good to hear you back Simon, still sticking with the runstreak, today is day 45. Not doing any crazy mileage at the minute and sticking with around 35 a week.
Hope you get back to fitness soon Jonesy. Currently on day 47 of a 50 day runstreak. Then back to 5-6 days of running a week before gradually increasing the mileage again.
Great running you two!! I'm def out after this years injuries but have been running plenty and did the Royal Parks Half 3 weeks ago and enjoyed it. Now on a runstreak -day 10.
Good to see you fully getting back in to the swing of it, mace. There's a few runstreakers at my club who are up to thousands of days, no way would I be able to manage that! Nice work on the 10k from both DT and Muddy. I am now back from Malta and it's blinking freezing. Long sleeves required tonight I reckon
I'm a runstreaker, so I will be running the day before marathon day. My son and I will go and get our weekly fix of a tourism parkrun. I think it is good to run on the day before keeps your body nice and loose and it's not like I'm going to be running fast. I'm staying at a hotel around the corner from Hale train station…
