QUAD PAIN ON SPRINT SESSIONS; IS IT SAFE TO CONTINUE TEMPO AND LONG RUNS?<br /> <br /> Hi,<br /> <br /> I am a 38 year old runner, training for second half marathon although I have been running consistently for over 10 years.<br /> <br /> I have been experiencing upper quad pain on sprint sessions but feel fine on tempo and long runs.
