I'm running the Ridgeway 15K on 10th October in Tring (not quite an ultra but definitely offroad). Apparently it starts at 10:10 on 10/10/10, think that is pretty cool.
Been looking throught RW Guide To Running book and the intemediate 10K running programme (page 258 if you have a copy). Could someone please explain to me what a 10-10 session is?????

Long run done. Really struggled with this one. Legs felt heavy, couldn't relax my shoulders, but I got round somehow. 9.76 miles in 1:40:59. Mile splits a bit different from Thursday's run - 10:04 10:30 10:34 10:10 10:29 10:28 10:11 10:32 10:04 MMM = 68.91 / 72 (with 5 planned on Monday I might actually achieve this one!)
