and who also needs to give up smoking despite evidently running v fast. perhaps chewing tobacco as you run could be dispensed with at the track ,puffer. yassoo 800s here we go....
Sounds harder than I thought, I was imagining 800 then a couple of minutes walk/jog repeated. Still wish I'd done that -niketown seems like an unpleasant and chilly prospect right now
TTM - I arrive on the Friday evening at about 5pm, so probably tired etc & not proposing to do the Friendship Run. BTW you were post no 800 - congratulations! No run today - had a boring meeting instead :(
