Sadly I have not done any training for my marathon for the past 3months due to an anjle injury. This injury has still not healed (im currently seeing a doctor) thus I need to do some training which wont make my ankle worse
can anyone recommend anything? so far... I can only think of doing core work

I had an ankle injury last year and found that aqua running and rowing didn't hurt it. Cycling was ok too but the cross trainer sometimes hurt. Also swimming might be ok but you have to see as kicking might irritate the ankle depending on your particular injury.

Dyna discs can be bought cheaply. Or stand one-legged on your bed, when that's easy, close your eyes.
