Hi, I am Robert I'm currently carrying out research for the final project of my product design degree at central saint martins. I am focussing on air pollution in London and I would like to better understand how runners feel about it and what do they do to protect themselves from it.
I would like to ask you what is your routine before a run. How and where do you prepare yourself before an exercise? (e.g. do you stretch in the house or outside)
