Could anyone tell me where my nearest park run is? I live in Conwy, North Wales and I can't seem to find one near me. It's a hard old slog when you're running these streets alone and I think running with a group might take me on to that next level.
Thanks.

There is a new one at Warrington.
The most northerly Park Run in Wales is Aberystwyth !!
You'll have to drive all the way to England.
How big are Eryri Harriers (?) they seem to be at every race I've ever done.
Prestatyn, Abergele, the Mysteruns, NWRR in Llandudno , there's loads.
Buckley, Deestriders Wrexham, Cybi, Bro Dysynni, Denbigh
Yes Iam in Llandudno next Saturday - is there one there?
Stephen, I think this thread has got a bit confusing. It has moved on from the original question about where to find Park Runs... and now is listing running clubs.
There is no park run in Llandudno... nor anywhere near.
There is a Park Run website you know! Not surprisingly, it has a map, and list, showing all the Park Runs in the country. http://www.parkrun.org.uk/events/events/
There are two parkruns currently under development for North Wales, one in Conwy using the coast path between Conwy and Deganwy, it's being jointly organised by Abergele Harriers and Colwyn Bay Athletics Club. There is also a second being organised in Bangor, I'm not sure who's organising that one but I'd guess Eryri Harriers are involved.
If you want to run in a group on a regular basis you could join a club, your two local clubs are excellent, North Wales Road Runners and Colwyn Bay Athletics Club. NWRRC are more a road based club and meet and run from John Brights in Llandudno regularly I believe. If you fancy trying interval training on a track you can go to Eirias Park athletics track any Monday at 7pm and join in with the group there, you don't have to be a member to do the interval training session, just turn up and pay £2.50 and that's it, runners from Abergele Harriers, Mysteruns and Prestatyn Running Club regularly come to the session as welll as CBAC members. If you join Colwyn Bay Athletics Club you can also race in track meets in the Cheshire and Northern League and race Cross Country in The North Wales and North Staffs League, the xc season especially is a great thing to do during the winter months as is the Border League which is a club road race series. If you are interested in Fell running Eryri Harriers might be a better option for you.
Just a quick update on the North Wales Parkrun scene. The Conwy route is ready to go and starts on January 10th 2015 starting at the RSPB reserve just off the A55. Hope to see you there!
Thanks for the replies. Park run's are like buses...you wait ages for one and two turn up. Both the Bangor and Conwy park run routes are incredibly scenic and are great news for north wales. I'll be a regular on the Conwy run, cant wait.
Nearest one is Penrhyn castle
Its been going for a few months now. pretty nice course around the castle i did it just before xmas this year
Good luck
Penrhyn Castle is close, but Conwy is probably closer since the OP lives there!
