    Morning!

Lyrics: I'm sure that I should, so no.

Yesterday's were Eight Days a Week, The Beatles.

I am also intrigued by the HM dress rehearsal, Hazel!

    What: 72 minutes with M77

    Why: probably this week's LSR.

Grey and breezy but avoided the forecast rain.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Ah - the "dress" is the same as always more or less so no need to test.

What I do need to do is a pace test over a couple of miles.

Lucky you had somewhere to put the car Wabo.

    Good LSR Ale.

Good luck with the HM at the weekend, Hazel. Hope that dress rehearsal went well.

    Nice pyramid yesterday, wabo :)

Are you feeling restored after the op, Els? Hope work isn't too stressful.

You're putting a lot of quality in,  Dustin. Covid has no chance ;)

    Nice LSR, Ale.

    Lyrics are a no.

I managed more of the same 30 min run/walk routine yesterday and today. The run bits are getting a bit longer. I am mindful of keeping my heart rate super low though. If it goes beyond 120 I walk.
