Ale - well battled. I always find running in the cold harder.
What - 4 easy at lunchtime just to get out. Club session tonight. Schedule is 10 x 600 hill loops
(200 fast, 100 uphill, 300 long way round, downhill recovery). On road, so if it's icy we may defer to intervals on grass.

Ale - minus 7 ? brrrr. Think its above 0 here today - the bird bath is in fluid state rather than solid state...

last hard - yesterday. Did said hill session, but 12x not 10x. Somehow I was in the "faster" group who didn't stop at 10....Felt like I pushed it all the way though. Good session with 18 weeks of P&D for London starting next week.
