Lyrics - It was 9:29, 9:29 back street, big city. The sun was going down, there was music all around, it felt so right.
20 minutes stretching/yoga done - been very remis about this recently, need to start regularly again, especially as the miles ramp up.
Good luck with the races today Ale
When is your race Wabo?
Definitely some sort of training carrying him that much Emz
Els - windy, but nothing I'd have passed remark if it hadn't been for run
Enjoy the weekend, with (hopefully) no commuting Dustin

Just popping in with a cheeky request for money! If anyone feels able to donate I'd be very grateful.

Not sure whether I like your photos or not, OH! Look a little too bracing!
Well volunteered Emz (and Lucas) and Els!
Hello, LMH! You must be running reasonably well!
Yes, Dustin, got some running in, but not as much as anticipated, and ran with a backpack for the most part. Was on results and presentations so was kept quite busy. Got slightly damp getting there (bus and tram) but for the main part stayed dry until the return journey.
