Last hard: yesterday's run, bad air quality and warm. Legs dead, couldn't manage any sort of hill so peeled off of the group for a flatter solo

last hard - yesterday. pyramid set 5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5 minute intervals with 60s easy between each. A long set. probably no quicker than 10k pace as legs still a bit sore from Monday's shenanigans but pleased with that.
