Did anybody do this run on Sunday.
It was the first time I had done a cross country run and I could not believe how muddy it was and the hills - they were like mountains. It was fantastic I really enjoyed it. I got my first blister too a blood blister
The last mile was a killer - it was all up mountain and there was a photographer at the top of it - I could have killed him - I hope I don't see the photo. Cant wait till the next one.

Good to hear that you enjoyed it, this was one of my favourites when in the UK.
If you want to run more go see the guys and Dolls at Hallesowen thay will look after you and shlow you somew good races.
It must be close to the Suicide 10 in Kiddy .

I am sure you would enjoy it.
I am afraid you have missed the suicide six as it has already been run this year , It is however a great race and lots of mud and hills and even a stream to wade through. Another run you may like around that area is the Stoubridge stumble which has not been run yet .
I will look out for that one.
It was my first multi terrain race too and really enjoyed it, i agree with you on those hills!!! Whats the Muddy Woody 6 like this Sunday? Anyone know?
Haven't seen any photos yet are they goin to put them on website as they took them of everyone? Results were on there pretty quick.
Yeah, its a great one, although I couldn't do it this year.
As you've seen, there are quite a few around. Try our local one, the Mortimers Forest 10 hill race in December - you won't regret it! (near Ludlow)
This is a 10 mile mainly off road race held in May (9th) if you like mud and hills thats the one.
Dont start lisening to Nibbs he only reads about runs. Though in fairness he did have a walk around Wyre Forest this year.
Have you looked for your picture on the DK10K site? Some excellent shots.
I have just come back from Abu Dhabi hoping to do some running but the Cornich is totally close down they are redoing the whole of the beach area and building a lagoon in front of the Sheraton where we were staying - I was disappointed so had to run on the treadmill instead.
