  Breakthrough Breast Cancer were fantastic. I passed the frantically cheering team round about mile 23, which gave me a much-needed boost. Heading to Tiger, Tiger bar, post-race I was greeted with cheers from the team, as I hobbled my slow weary way up the stairs. I had to choke back tears at that point.
  
  Friends and family had yet to arrive but everyone on the breast cancer team looked after me and made me feel special. I took advantage of a great massage but unfortunately was unable to do justice to the fantastic buffet. No pasta to be seen, thank christ.
