...ferrying daughter to horse riding lesson, choir practice, and friend's house. Taking Mrs shopping at IKEA in Brum, and Sainsbo's here in S'bury.
And between all that I will fit in a blat on the bike and then my first run after last week's USMCM. I have a slow 10 - 12 miler planned. Is this sensible after a marathon last Sunday? I feel OK, no stiffness/aches/worn out bits.

today the weather here is beautiful - crispy and autumnal and i have had to discipline myself NOT to put on my running shoes and go out...... Its my favourite type of running weather
Happy running, shoppin, relaxing everybody.
Kazaaah - good luck with marathon - which one are you doing? I want to train for another UK marathon - but not the London one as I've missed the boat!
Kazaaah - that marathon is relatively local. I live in Chigwell (nearer Hainault really). I am interested in trying out some other marathons. I have done the London once but it will be ages prob before I get another shot at that. It sounds really interesting so may try it out next year. I'm currently building up my training again so am concentrating on 10ks and halfs for a while. Good luck with it!
I have failed today. I did my long run successfully but then went out and have not done a scrap of the work that I had planned to do. Mainly because I feel too chilled and just don't want to!
