Murray was awesome last night, simply breathtaking at times. To see any player (let alone a scot) make Nadal chase shadows like that was something to behold. I for one don't care if he's scottish, as unlike the scots, i'm not bitter.................good luck Andy, you miserable scottish git
Federer deserves to lose just because of those smug bastard shite Gillette Fusion adverts he's in with Tigers Woods and terry henry.
I do wish scots would get used to loving the English though - I was once on the receiving end of a vitriolic anti-English rant from a scottish girl in the Greek Islands, a propos of nothing. I was only trying to buy a kebab!
He's a miserable gimp of a bloke but he's awsome on the court. Of course i want him to win.
I believe the Scottish papers were suggesting that we send a Scottish team to the next Olympics because of their good showing in China...knobs! (the papers, not the awsome athletes)
Beeb* news just said it was 2-2 on serve, and there's no telly of it unless you're at a pub in Dunblane. Apparently there's something called Radio 5-Alive but I thought that was an expensive sugar drink with fruit flavouring.
*Will that be the Great Britain and Northern Ireland Broadcasting Corporation then? Or does it explain the lack of Irish coverage unless they're partaking in their usual sport of religious hatred?
he isnt playing as well as the semi but fed is a different class to Nadal -givingMurray a bit of a runaround - he is going to have to dig really deep to stay with him
I think Murray will win a slam, along with all of the other stuff he's won and no doubt will continue to win, he's a bit unlucky in so much he's around at the same time as the greatest tennis player ever (he'll surely overtake Sampras' tally). And with Nadal getting better and better i reckon he'll have to settle for being a multi millionaire with the odd big tournament win here and there......life's a bitch ain't it !
I like watching Murray play, he's a powerful and exciting player, if only he didn't have the personality of a skirting board.....

C'mon Murray, you can do it.
Britain wins the World Cup!
(Spot the deliberate mistake in that sentence)

you can follow it via text on the beeb website here though it isnt up to live speed
coverage on R5 909 m or sky 1
fed blasted him out of the first 6-2 but Murray has broken him in the 2nd and it is 3-2 ad fed on his serve
Fed takes 2nd set 7-5
extremely
and he is still learning and developing
Federer is quite a good player when he really goes for it isnt he?
Federer also had the advantage of an extra day to recover from his semi; now, whether that made a difference or not is open to debate.
I like Murray, and I'm sure he'll win a couple of ranking events during his career
federer also happens to be one of the greatest players to have played the game.murray for all his ability doesn't have anything different

he already has but it's the Grand Slams that count
