    Fiddle just through on I ordered mine from the portual stockest where large for them as tiny for normal people. Is there a size guide for this suppier? image Sorry for surgesting should be XL when only a 14 lady.

    I just received a medium monaco .....I'm a size 12 and it fits but its snug.....I won't be eating any pies anytime soon!  I am ordering a cycling top and thinking of going for large as I like room to breath.

    Monaco.......If you look at the Ironman photos then most pirates are in a monaco..........Its a bit like a vest top with a zip down the front.........only about 6 inches.............it has a pocket in the back and is worn with tri shorts.............not quite so gaylord as the trisuit and a lot easier to go to toilet in than a trisuit.......a lot of pirates also wear them for longer running races as well asthey are really comfortable......image

    have you ever tried going to toilet in a trisuitimage.but a trisuit is brilliant for sprint tris when you have a pool swim..........you don't need to worry about doing front crawl in the pool...............with seperates I get worried about doing my stroke as I'm worried that as my arm goes forward my monaco will ride up and show my muffin tops...........

    so you need a trisuit for pool based sprints and seperates for the longer wetsuit based swimsimage
