  Ingram finished behind me, just, he did pass me at one point when I stopped to chat to my sis, but I still caught him up and beat him by about 16 minutes, and I had to walk because I twisted my knee! And yes the crowd did cough a lot and he got a lot of stick

  pipes what time did you do? finished just behind you at oakley 20, i ran just under 3.20 just beating nell mcandrew, found last four miles really tough and probably lost 10 mins there
