Not what I intended to do but in the end I thought what the hell! Given me a HUGE confidence boost for my 10mile a week tomorrow.
Knees a bit niggling but apart from that feel really good
Time I dived into my breakfast prepared by BB-absolutely starving after my triumph! At least I can taper off next in preparation for Sunday and know that I can do the distance even if sure and steady

Family wedding today for which I'm being an official chauffeur, then off to the Cotswolds tomorrow to see Small in a play: won't be back 'til after midnight.

Great day - ran round Richmond Park, absolutely sweltering and I got too much sun.
Athletics last night was fab as well
But then again I did have gin on tap here...
trying to find the energy to go out for a pint!
I'm going out to a friend's for a meal and no doubt some alcohol!

Had a quick plod round the block to test the calf muscle out and survived that! havnt convinced any of my friends to get the BBQ out yet so it will have to be the pub garden then!
Cant stay in and watch carp tv for another night.

Well had a pleasent afternoon, took a wander around town than walked up to see J. Had an afternoon of girlie chat
Off back out shortly decided I want Chinese for tea...well a little of what you fancy. It is around a 10min walk in all and well makes me feel less guilty about having it too but it is scrummy and it is a Saturday night! I don't indulge every Saturday but to honest I really can't be bothered to cook!

My neighbour has just delivered a hot and spicy sausage, hot from the BBQ, theymake them at our local butchers.
Ver very yummy, I will get some extras in for late night snackers and pub returners
