Sunday - the hilliest hilly course I've ever seen. No PB but was glad to finish,ran a good race so happy with self. Only added 26 secs to Swansea Bay time so training appears to be working. Bad mistake yesterday, went on a day trip to North Wales, eight hours of driving the day after a race have made the old legs very stiff. Really looking forward to the club run tonight!
