I've heard on the grapevine that 'Running and Fitness' magazine are about to make Laura an offer she can't refuse - I'd get in there quick if I were you !
I've always avoided "training" up till now but maybe I'll have a little peep in.
Now I have heard that you can cut and paste if you know what you're doing....I'll leave that sort of thing to greater beings than me....
