I guess the question is where are you struggling the most?. I'm good for about 10 mile at a time, and maybe 2/3 days, however not sure how I would get back to the start point. MT.
If I was down there for say 10 - 11 am on 6th is that enough time left in that day to complete the Kilchoan - Glenluig with help from someone else? I'd be looking at 10 min per mile probably if it's not boiling hot and uber hilly! Could bring my bike! Could drop someone back to say Fortwilliam or wherever staying in area!…

That sounds like a fantastically sociable way to cover 30+ miles between 3 of you rather than 3 people each doing a 10 mile leg and only meeting at the handover. Well done and I bet you've got some cracking memories
One day, I wish, I can mage about 10 miles atime due to dicky knee. So would be over 3 days. I can B&B for two night's and do the Arisaig - Mallaig leg on the third morning'ish, this is where the handover might be a problem. MT.
