Shakespeare Half for me, I had the lurgy the whole week, running nose, cough etc. It was better by Sunday but not completely gone, but I knew I was in decent shape, so goals were A) PB 1:23:30 B) Sub 1:25 C) Sub 1:30. 5+ miles today, was hoping to make it 6 miles but legs, particularly quads felt tired. Wet and windy again and conditions were deteriorating which made me chicken out of the extra bit of distance to make it up to 6 miles. Gym later.

6+ miles today, better weather this morning. Calf was fine but I had a bad night with my sciatica and that made for a difficult run, but it's done :) Gym later, legs and glutes again :'(
