Did it not have instructions with it? Mine did. But obviously yours didn't..... hmmm, I know someone on here emailed them to someone else so perhaps if you hang around someone more helpful than me will come along.....
Jess email me and I'll send then to you... be warned though - I've just typed them into word and I still have absolutely no idea how to work my watch... but that might be me...
Don't talk to me about that blummin' watch! I can't work out how to turn off the alarms; hence every night at midnight it goes off. I keep it in the bedroom. Last night I had another try to cancel, but gave up as it was too dark by the bedside light to see the tiddly symbols. It turned out that I had somehow activated another alarm which went off at 7:15! (Sunday morning - wanted a lie-in). I leapt out of bed, grabbed it, opened the window and threw it out. I was aiming for the lawn, but the window got in the way of my arm and the watch ended up skidding off the conservatory roof and landing over the fence outside next door's back door!
I had to go round and sheepishly ask for it back. However I forgot until now to try and have another go to stop it alarming so I'll just have to bury it at the bottom of my socks drawer for tonight.
I got the free running watch too with my runners world subscription. I must say it was a challenge workin gout how to set the alarm and when I finally did, it would go off at odd hours (Which I wasnt even aware I had set) Very Frustrating. However, not being one to give up, I finally worked out how to switch off all the alarms - after 6months of having the watch. Just kept on pushing the buttons and somehow all the little black thingys on its face wet off.
Dont get us wrong, the watch works perfectly. At least for me, it does and helps tremdously with timing when I'm out running. You've just been warned about the bloody alarm. LOL!
I've been trying to find instructions for this watch too - and have also had problems with the alarm. I have no idea how I got it to stop going off but something I pressed worked...
Please could someone with the instructions send them to me? Thanks!
Whenever I manage to turn my alarms off, my toddler finds out a way to set new ones up. In fact, I think she's the only one in the family who knows how to operate it...
Hi all - i have just subscribed and am looking forward to the free watch - but can anyone tell me make and model??? the promo material doesn't say anything!
Like most of you I am struggling to work this watch out. I've had it a couple of days now but can't even set the date/time let alone do anything with the alarms! Any idea how to do that? Also, I simply want to time my runs but can't work out how to do that either as I don't want split times etc.

Instructions for RW watch -
1 - Place watch on a hard surface.
2 - Take large hammer in right hand (or left hand if you're left handed).
3 - Bring hammer swiftly down on the watch.
4 - Repeat step 3 as necessary.
Beep!
Count yourself lucky.
God help you if you push the wrong button and activate the alarms. There are 4 of them. Why don't they change the "free gift" every now and then????

That damn random alarm was the bane of my life for weeks. We had no idea what was waking us up for nights on end.
Oh, and its not really that waterproof either....
The hourly alarm keeps activating on mine, but I've worked out how to turn it off.
What I want to know is how the pace settings work? Do you have to count every ten strides or so to know that you are on form?
