Well of course he will be Mark. I was, of course, thinking of other road users. You can tell I live in London cant you. Always thinking in advance of parking restrictions. So much easier out in the sticks.
I have just been to have a look at the list of runners.
Bo Bo has PSC chickened out of this one, too windy for him, or is he concentrating on the Tri these days?
Mrs F. Did you give a "buy one get one free" offer or something to Havering 90 Joggers, there seem to be about 50 of them taking part, are they coming in a coach?
Muttley2, I don't think there are any parking restrictions but it looks as if we have got a handful of Kent Constabulary's finest taking part in the race.
Er, um, er.(Cheers Bill) I promise to be as good as I can and keep out of their way. Amazing. It was only one parking ticket and they chase me all the way to Margate.
Macca 1. DD has gone down with the dreaded lurgy too, since about weds. He's struggling at the mo, but not as much as he will be if I get hold of him if he blows out Sunday. Hope you are feeling loads better and are ready for the forecasted wind and rain we are expecting. DD. You have a few days to get better, or worse. Your choice.
Feeling a lot better today but i have not run since last week i dont know if that is going to be a good or bad thing.....Looks like its going to be a bit like last year..... yipee..!!!! better get the plasters ready for my nipples again.....
Will it be worth a mate of mine turning up on the morning to run or is it full up now????

Forecast looks great. It will be just like last year. Make the most of the wind at your backs on the way out !!!
Can't wait. This is why I love running.
