Now that London is over for another year creating a big hole that needs to be filled by something... FLM 2004 MMmmmmm... already in trouble for that one!

Looking back at the past year and thinking of all the people that helped get me from 1 min r/w to the finish line on Sunday. There's the obvious people like my partner and the physio, but credit also needs to go to those here on the forum who on a regular basis give others a motivational kicking even when they themselves are having problems.
