FLM 2004 Training Plans

I remember following the 2004 training plan in the FLM magazine for that marathon and found it really helpful. I had a couple of years gap from marathons but found the plans in this year's magazine were not as good. Unfortunately I never kept a copy of the 04 magazine. Does anyone else have one ?
