GFA - men - 46 and over

For a friend who was unsuccessfull in the ballot and is thinking ahead to 2010, does anyone know what the GFA time for men 46 and over is please?

Age bracket is 41-60 and time is 3:15
Much too wide an age band but thats life
Mozzy just checked and Keith is almost there. I only rechecked as its the bracket I am in.

Thanks for that, I'll pass it on. I thought the age brackets would be the same as for the women, I'm in the 18 - 45 bracket (the top end!). I wonder why they're different?
Agree with Keith, the age brackets are pretty wide.
Not an expert Ivan Brace but my understanding is that only really big races have GFA. there is no accepted commonGFA approach and lots of debate over the unfairness of the wide age bracket of FLM GFA but thats just the way it is
I only mentioned it because these forums are totally infathomable and therefore incoherent because there are too many threads often saying or asking the same thing. I wasn't having a personal dig or anything, so please accept my best wishes.
