Can anyone please explain what "8 - 10 x 100m strides" means in my 10K training schedule ?
I guess that it has something to do with speed training, but I'm not really sure.
Thanks

It is a form of speed training. For 20 meters or so gradually increase speed maintain it for 100 meters and then gradually reduce speed until you are running comfortable again. Run slowing for 100 meters or so and then go again.
Hope this helps.
