Hi all
I thought I'd start a new 'I'm new' type thread...although I may be moving further south next year, I'm stil making regualr jaunts around the Meadows, Arthur's Seat and on my longer runs, some distance between Livingston and Edinburgh...I love running on my own but it would be nice and just a bit sociable (not to mention beneficial to my attempts at speedowrk) to team up with folk. My training pace averages about 9min/mile, up to a race pace of about 8min/mile. Usually seen bounding along the A71 on a Friday night, trying to look like a runner as seen on the cover of Runners World...
