JD, bottles arrived yesterday, thanks! They look fab. i've brought one to work to keep here as i never drink enough during the day. Of course it will have to be taken home at weekends to make sure there is enough gin on the bike for the weekend rides
first ride out with the bottles, in fact first ride in donkeys years. big skull a bit scratched but i guess the garland of little skulls will always remain in pristine condition and that's what's on show. important thing was water tightness and nice to drink from so i'm pleased with that. think i may have got an aarrrggghh from another cyclist but i couldn't really hear over the click of my wheels. probably imagined it.
Got 'em, thanks JD. They look great. They were delivered on Saturday so my neighbour took them in as we were away for the weekend, she brought them over just now.
Got mine Saturday as well. Looking goo but causes confustion with housemates thinging it was special poison bottles for some reason? Bless them, cheers for a fab idea and for doing the donkey work.
JD - according to my folk bottles arrived and looking good, so many thanks.
Sadly as my case is still continuing here in The Hague , I haven't seen them yet but I get parole this weekend so looking forward to some happy glugging this weekend and will proudly glug away at Reading half Marathon in a couple of weeks.
JD - Just ordered some and copied your comments onto The Merseyside thread, amused that you think I have some influence over Viking and Dave......I mean its dead easy to persuade them to do an Ironman, getting them to buy biddons is another task entirely

Thanks Tonk & thanks JD for the bottles-speedy & very sexy looking!
Lovely bottles!
haven't got mine yet.
Still, I guess it's not really important, as this weekend's ride was cancelled yet again due to another bloody snowstorm.
cool, thanks for letting me know
Jr Schmunks reckons they contain toxic waste
