Pain in the ar*e

In the last couple of months (while training for London) I have noticed that my buttocks have started to ache when running. Doesn't feel like anything serious but just wondered if anyone had any ideas.

• sciatica
• piriformis
• sacroiliac joint disfunction
• hip bursitis
• pain radiating down from lower back
• pain radiating up from hamstring

could be anything...  might be worth seeing a physio...
