I am wondering whether there will be energy drinks provided at any of the water stations on the route of the Glasgow Half Marathon (Great Scottish Run) on 5th September?
I have done some training runs (14.5 miles yesterday) with diluted Lucozade and thought it made a difference but if there will not be any provided I may try some runs with gels or jelly beans.
As I am aiming for 2-2:15 I feel I will need to take on some energy.
