usually about 10ish, up by 5ish but sometimes we go to bed at 8! having kids and recently a puppy, knacker you out. Late night last night though, didnt get to bed till gone 11.

I'd like to be just running Madlot - I've got a sprained ankle and envisage at least another 2 weeks off (4 so far). So to answer your question - I'd like to but can't commit to anything yet. The only thing I'm booked in for is the Grizzly in late March (I think).
