Hi!
A lot of people seem to get rather down about their running and seem quick to give themselves a hard time about it. Running is hard! Training is hard! Racing is hard! So everyone, stop beating yourself up about not getting PB's or having to cut your run short because you just couldn't go any further. Give yourself a pat on the back for even trying.
Today I did 10 miles. I'm happy with that. Who else is chuffed with what they did today?

I'm really proud of myself. I have no idea how much distance I cover in 25 minutes, but I know that when I have to run for a bus, I don't have an asthma attack any more! I'm taking a really significant step to look after myself every time I go out. And I feel more connected and happier in my body as well. (Rambled on a bit there...)
Anyone who runs for any distance in an attempt to be fit is a runner. To me, at least.
