Going back a page or so, the prizegiving and judging is all explained on the day and is orchestrated and overseen by our Master of Ceremonies. Usually supporters who have been able to witness the whole event will have a good idea of who's who and will lead the judging and people will be asked to make themselves known if people need help to put names to faces.

It is very informal and you will be able to vote either individually or in pairs or groups - it's up to you.  Some of the awards are based purely on results, some are long standing categories, and we will no doubt add a few more based on the goings on from the past year training and racing.

Actually I think it's probably for the pirate "other half" (male or female) and can used to facilitate the pirate's water based training in open water - something you can both enjoy outdoors! It's fabulous, but they only had the one

nope not a turd... closer to a shark.... but not a shark... it floats but it's not an inflatable sheep.... it's not a harpoon but it can travel, actually it can fly....

I think it will be best used for OW navigation training

Its a huge magnet that straps to a wetty and there is a big chunk of metal to put at the end of the lake - genius. And if you put the big chunk of metal at the top of a tree you fly there.

Not a blow up pirate doll #HollyGoesLikeaTrain or a blow up helicopter.... It's not inflatable as per earlier posts and once airborne there is no manual intervention

No and NO, but I like the flare gun.... close but not dangerous (don't think chasing live flares is good idea) and doesn't glow (would be much better if it did)

in times gone by, that has usually been me as the oldest fart around these parts - sadly, even Plum is younger. I'm ony beaten by Ironwolf in the age stakes but she's almost German so doesn't count...  

sadly, we cannot be around on Monday as we need to get back sarf so we will need another MC - I will confer and see who we can "nominate" aka "tell"

Guys can anyone tell me what's at the campsite for kids? Or in the watersports centre... 7& 10 years old.

Chuck promised Chilli I would bring some face paint's and arty things from the hippy stuff to try and keep her terror's entirtained should have at least some of my bag of tricks there if you need it. Plus have a secret weapon in tom and sarah.

Going to aim to be there for the 11am breifing sarah is in the big swim in the afternorn. GB paint face my own bag and not stuff like PintheP or ladybird so got some but not much yellow (I forgot to order some) I can make you into a tiger if you want.
