Hi Everyone,

2 weeks ago I made my mind up to start running and stumbled upon this site (and forums) by accident.

I have found it a wealth of great information and everyone has been so friendly and helpful.

I think the site has something for everyone. It can educate the newbie and it motivate the seasoned vetarans.

 I know I really want to stick at running and I think I will be keeping as close an eye on this site as I do on my times and distance.

So, thanks guys.

Are you sure you're talking about this site?  Mostly we just ramble on about everything except running
