Well I've woken up with a streaming nose and a headache. Oh joy! Heading down to Bluewater tonight with the kids, to meet up with Mrs CD who's been in Wales all week giving speeches at conferences. Registration tomorrow morning.

Well its very windy in S. Wales... Just ready for the off, cu peeps around the course I'll be shouting words of encouragment/abuse whatever. Race your own race do not get sucked into anyone elses and DONT GO TOO HARD.....
Well, yesterday the weather here in Tenby was lovely - flat calm for the practice swim and warm sunshine in the evening

Unfortunately, tomorrow's forecast is back to 20mph winds, and rain from lunchtime....at least the temperature should be OK. We WILL have fun!
