Garmin Footpod

Hi

My Darling husband has brought me the foot pod to go with my garmin 305 ,I have put it on my trainer laces,but not sure what else I should do ,I turned my garmin watch on to see if it recgonised the food pod but all it said was are you indoors.

is this all I have to do press yes  or should i be doing something else , I need to hit the gym on 27th to really ramp up my training

Can't remember exactly what I did but I think you have to ask the 305 to find the foot pod and then 'pair' them

Hi Guys

Thanks for your advise I have managed to find the answer to pairing them ,funny thing is it did not say anything in my user manual,but thanks to the link managed to do it in 2 minutes

The 'user manual' that comes with Forerunners and their accessories is crap IMHO.

Much better to download the .pdf version as I find it a lot more instructive
