3.30 pacer

 I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the 8 min mile / 3.30 pacer 'Reale' (apologies if I have mispelt your name). 

 I joined him at the start for three miles and again from 13 to take me all the way home in 3.28.55, I couldn't have done it without his help.  He looked after us the whole way round - sharing water, sweets, gels and Lucozade - thank you.
