Calf pain

Hi there, i have been running for a few months now and had no problems untill this weekend. I had a mates wedding on Friday, which was rather alcohol laden and when i went to run yesterday and today (only 2 miles) i had real troule. Loads of pain in my calf muscles. Could it be due to the large amount of alcohol consumed. Or could it be linkid to the day spent in high heeled shoes, which i am not used to?

Any help/advice much appreciated as i had been doing so well up untill then.

    Your day in heels has shown you a weak link. Now you can make it strong, before you get a more serious injury...
