fractured bone in foot
like to say thanks to tom goom & happygonicky for the advice about my fractured bone in foot.i did run the edinburgh marathon no problems with foot but was very hot and my fitness was low with lack of training and miles in legs.not bad training run 3hrs 46 min.very happy with time bring on the wall run... thanks again tom & happygonicky..... martin
