Since completing my first half marathon in May I have been experiencing pain in my gastroc muscle. My physio advised me that sorbathane sorbo-pro insoles may help. I purchased some but was wondering as I only plan to wear them for running, what the best way of wearing them in was? Also as I will just be wearing them for running will this be detrimental if I don't wear them all the time? While I've been adapting to them my back has been sore is this my body adapting to the insoles? Kristy
